I have been sitting here the past 5 minutes running this over in my head thinking that this must be some sort of joke. This reads something straight out of Jay Leno's Headlines on Monday nights.
Aparantly, the U.K. is banning fire extinguishers for being a "fire" hazard?????? WTF!!!!!
